Data Deletion

We are committed to ensuring that your data is deleted from our systems in a timely and secure manner, as described below:

  1. Manual Deletion:
    If you delete data manually from within the software (e.g., by deleting a record or entity), all related data is permanently removed from our servers immediately. Our backups are retained for a maximum of 7 days. After this period, the deleted data will also be permanently erased from our backups.
  2. Automatic Deletion:
    Trial Accounts: If you create a trial account and do not subscribe to a license, we will send two email reminders before permanently deleting all data associated with your account. This deletion occurs 15 days after the trial period expires.
    Licensed Accounts: If you have a licensed account and the subscription expires, we will send two email reminders before permanently deleting your data. This deletion occurs 30 days after the license expiry.

Changes in Privacy Policy

We keep our policy under regular review and may amend this policy from time to time. These changes will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, notified to you by appropriate means. The continuing use of our service will mean that you accept your ammended privacy policy.
